Once your order is placed and we’ve received your payment, we will begin processing it.

Our cut-off for all shipments is noon (12:00PM PST). If you order past this time, you order will be shipped out the following day after noon.

All packages are shipped via Xpresspost, which can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer. 

It may take up to 24 hours for Canada Post to update their system with the tracking number. If after 48 hours the tracking does not work please do not hesitate to contact support@bloomsupply.se

Orders over $99 are shipped free! There is a $15 flat rate for orders under this amount.

If you do not see the “free shipping” option at checkout, double-check the total is above $99 not including the $15 shipping fee.

Subtotal must be $99+ after the use of any coupons or discounts.

We ship from Vancouver, BC – If your package is scanned in Richmond, BC the package is on the way.

We use Canada Post as they are the most lenient with cannabis and mushrooms.

All contents are first packaged into a smell-proof mylar bag with a zip lock seal, then vacuumed sealed to ensure privacy. They are then shipped using a plain box or bubble mailer.

All shipments are smell-proof, discreet and have no indication of the contents
